I really liked the 'Smoked Salmon & Shrimp Salad'..
lovely half cut boiled egg,
good pieces of avocado,
fresh onion rings,
chunks of tomato,
overwhelmingly dark green cucumber,
and not quite greasy dressing..
for the nice slices of well smoked salmon..
though a couple of shrimp were too small to pick them up.. ^,~
I've never noticed that I could have
this wonderful place of micro brewery
while I has been passing by the place
for last one and half years.
They don't have any larger beer all but ale..
Nevertheless the place should be mine for a while cause
I liked the three dimensional layout of the restaurant
for three stories, cheerful waitress,
and good taste of freshly brewed ale
together with not too bad taste of the dishes..

일년반동안 내내 지나 다니던 시내 한 복판에
이런 좋은 술都家가 있었다니.. 신난다!
내가 좋아하는 저온 숙성의 라거(lager) 맥주는 안 만들고
황동색의 에일(ale)만 마실수 있지만
당분간 내 아지트로서 손색이 없을 것 같다. ^,~
우선 3층이나 되는 건물에 어찌나 입체적으로
플로어 배치를 했는지.. 마음에 들고,
유쾌한 웨이트레스, 그다지 나쁘지 않은 독일식 소시지 안주..
Ale 치고는 그리 텁텁하지 않은 상쾌한 맛..
아주 만족이다.
What a gigantic size of the glass for Hoegaarden!! 20oz.. about 600 cc.. Curiosity made me order the extravaganza. And I did bottoms-up in about 15 minutes.. Oh, Peter.. a drunk soldier..
fyi.. I think it's not a good idea to recommend this size to any lady with elegance.. ^,~
And the taste of the reddish flesh of the Coconut Shrimps was just good enough.. The dish was quite tropical in look and taste..
어휴.. 저 잔 크기 좀 봐요. 지나가던 아가씨들이 저 잔 크기 보고 막 키득 키득 거리기 까지 하더라구요.
근데 뭐 600cc 정도 밖에 안돼서 코코넛 새우 랑 15분 만에 홀랑 다 마셔버렸지요. White Beer 인 호가든은 제가 주로 먹는 스텔라 나 하이네켄 보다 덜 취하는 것 같습니다. 꺽~~ ... 오 마이 갓...
근데 저 잔은 잔 무게가 보통이 아니라서 우아한 숙녀 분께는 권해 드리고 싶지 않네요.

Rain in the city in the night reflects and transforms everything into their own properties with quite different spectral forms which gives me lots of fun to observe..
