Creativity works lot better in case of survival, Fort York Bathurst St. Toronto Jun18 2009

The cannon is mounted on the table for 360 degree of rotation. Usually weaponry system for defense needs lots more creativity for invention than the one for offence. Rather than putting more cannons for other fixed positions of different direction, they devised the table which gives much more versatility in quickly covering any angle.

But how dare could I imagine the feelings of those soldiers who rotated, loaded, aimed and fired the cannon balls to the enemy who were encroaching already tens of feet aways only to kill them...

雨中古鎭地 Rainy Day at the Old Fort, Fort York Bathurst Street Toronto Jun 18 2009

I remained in this side of Fort York which was built in year 1813.
And I was soaked into a mood of those-days-war through the Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture
with which the composer depicted so well on the fatal war between Napoleon and Wellington.

Now I see the misty skyline of the metropolitan city standing in the boundary of the huge time-lag of 200 years though a couple of hundreds years is almost nothing compared to hundreds millions years of life scale on earth..
