i just encountered this joyful Pierrot when i was strolling around the city early in the morning.

the artifact might be created by a playful artisan for the encouragement of festive spirit of visitors.

there wasn't a speck of cloud in the sky
and it's more than warm even in the early morning.

it was just a blessing.. which was very much generous.. :-)

i went down to the 'Lower Town' in Old Quebec city
where there were lots of attractive cafe, restaurants, shops and galleries..
