Snow storm on my way back home, 205km to Toronto HW 402 E Ontario Dec 5 2010

It was awesome..!!
Area of London, Ontario forms wide snow belt in this season and I was just passing amid the seasonal festivity.. amazing.. :p.

It reminded me of the scenes of Doctor Zhivago.

He was trying hard to look outside
by opening a tiny wooden window of the freight car
of the train for the refugees to Siberia.
Outside was all covered by snow and
was glowing serenely under the moon light.
He was being  more & more admired and fascinated
by the beautiful landscape of holiness & gaveness
while the other refugees was shouting at him
to close the window immediately.. because it was too cold..

still 205 km left for Toronto.. oh my.. :p

in the middle of daytime.. !

there was a sudden snowstorm..
and lasted less than a minute.

Then sunshine.. :-)
followed by another shot of couple of minutes snowstorm..
sunshine again.. :-)

it was a wow.. awesome!!

If he starts feeling the light at the end of the tunnel, he might be lucky enough.. In the metropolitan city like Toronto, we can find almost all kind of different types of life. Watching somebody's back, especially a man with wide shoulder, makes me fall into melancholy sometimes.. maybe I see the glory of his youth along with easily imaginable burden he needs to carry now..

Only old city can have this kind of soft & warm complexity, i.e. electric posts in row in differently slanted angles, lamp-posts not perfectly in row, bike riding old man slowly crossing the street, cars, streetcars, bikes and people mixed together at the traffic.. without honking, yelling or pointing fingers.. without any computer controlled traffic, the mechanical & human system goes well.. for this slow human-wise system.. which I like much..

I feel really vomiting on what Israel has done to demolish the district of Gaza. I don't like either Hamas' cruel & mean strategy against their enemy. Between the conflict of the two evil political entities, only ignorant people pass away in a massive scale.. nourishing extreme hatred for revenge under the name of same god but different name. What an another bloody painting over the canvas of human history.

Life in Wolfrey ave. in this winter is just monotonic.. quite calm and no fun.. only freezing temperature of below -20C..
Last winter, I had many times of blizzard with heavy snow.. which were really colorful & dynamic.. I'm expecting still couple of blizzards to come in late Feb or Mar. And why not for 100 cm of snow.. :p
