Founded in 1997 by Broadway dancer and choreographer, Cyd Glover Hill. AIM is a 501 c3 non profit organization designed to provide a broad range of performing arts, educational, recreational and social activities that contribute to the cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual development of every student.

Through a professional training facilility and dance company, AIM has touched the lives of more than 700 young people. Students and company members represent various cities throughout Los Angeles county.
